Samsung LN26B360 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Well, the digital transition just wasn't all it was cracked up to be, so I finally bought a new TV.
This TV has a stunning picture at a great price. Easy set up with clearly labeled slots at the back for the various inputs, and easy on-screen controls pop up when you need them.
The size is just right even in a big room if you want a more traditional TV feel, rather than a *monster TV.* I'm delighted with the picture and the sound. DVD's are gorgeous on this screen, and plain vanilla TV is fun to watch again. If you're a first time buyer, you'll be thrilled. If you're adding a small TV to a guest room or exercise room, I think the picture and sound quality is great, and the price is good, too.

8ms response time
One of the most important features for an LCD panel is the pixel response time. Response time refers to the amount of time it takes a pixel to "refresh" itself to go from being active to being inactive, (ready to be re-activated). The lower the milliseconds, the faster the response time. A very fast 8ms gives you smooth-motion action scenes.

Dell W2607C - 26" LCD TV - widescreen - 720p - HDTV - piano black, satin chrome Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Just got one from Computer Geeks. Delivery was fast, but the packaging was trashed. Looked like it took a trip around the world a few times, and handled by gorillas before ariving. Openned it up and it looked like I wasn't the first to be in there. But everything worked. I suspect it is refurbished, even though it's advertised to be new.
Set it up and it looks nice. The casing design is sharp looking. The quality is decent. My only gripes are it displays a big, blue Dell logo for a few seconds each time you turn it on. (hopefully a way to turn that off). The other bad thing is the blacks are not too black. A common problem with cheaper LCDs. I guess they call that contrast ratio. It's not so good on this TV.

LG 26LD350 26-Inch 720p 60 Hz LCD HDTV Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I reviewed LCD 26 and 32in TVs for weeks looking at specs and design and I finally decided on the LG350 for our master bedroom. So far I'm very pleased with my selection. It came down to the Samsung 26" C450 and this one. For the money and options the LG was a better pick for sure. I must say the sound is by far best on this TV than any other LCD I looked at. The TV turns on quickly (2-3sec) some delay much longer. The blacks are black and the colors look great, even on standard def channels. Some LCDs look horrible on SD channels but not this one. Very pleased with the menu setup and the remote control. The only thing I'll say I don't care for is the picture wizard setup. It's almost easier to just use the standard pre set picture settings and make only minor adjustments to fit your room. The stand swivels smoothly which the Sony and Samsung don't. I also like that it's not a glossy screen with lots of reflections. I see very little blur when viewing fast moving options. You see it, but not like some other 60Hz TVs. So if you are looking for a great LCD for under $380.00. I highly recommend this model. Oh, and don't let anyone tell you any different. If you are looking at 32" and below. 720p is just as good as any 1080p model in this size range.
only way this TV could be anymore perfect is for it to have a built in Blue-ray or DVD player.

Haier HLC26R1 26-Inch LCD HDTV/DVD Combination Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Overall, I have to say that it has quality and I really like the picture. I was disappointed in the fact that it does not tilt 30 degrees as it states. Eventhough it does not tilt, the picture quality is very good. I have it on a five shelf dresser and the picture quality is very good when laying on the bed. The setup was really easy and the picture of the DVD and sound is really good. I feel that the overall package was a very good value based on what I have experienced so far. If anything changes in my opinion, I will certainly let you know.
