(More customer reviews)I bought Chintaly Imports chairs about a year ago. Recently the gliders at the bottoms of the chairs have started breaking. If it were one, it could be a fluke. But they look decrepit and keep breaking (four so far). Clearly my chairs are defective, and they are gouging out pieces of my wooden floor. As the store I bought them at closed, I called Chintaly Imports thinking they would help me get the pieces. Wrong. They took no responsibility at all and kept telling me to try and contact various stores to obtain the breaking pieces. I'm disappointed with both the quality of their product and with their lack of commitment to their customer. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
