(More customer reviews)While the quality of the item seems above the norm, customer service from this company is dreadful. My new equipment sat around in boxes waiting for a replacement for a damaged shelf that was delayed, then delayed again, by mix-ups on the company's part. Their refusal to budge an inch from their standard process, even though it meant further delay for a very unhappy consumer who had gotten tired of run-arounds and excuses, is a far cry from the real customer service I've experienced elsewhere. I will never buy another TechCraft item.
