(More customer reviews)I'm using this mount for a home theater setup in a multi-purpose room in the basement. I like the low profile of this mount because I didn't want the projector to hang too low from the 9 foot ceiling to where it would be an eye sore. Since it is white, it blends well against the white ceiling and with my mostly white Epson 6100UB projector. I was able to easily install the mount on the ceiling using the 2 supplied screws. Attaching the projector to the mount was also easy. It can tilt and roll vertically, but I was able to make some adjustments to the way the projector attaches on to the mount's spider legs to get a little horizontal shift. This combined with the projector's lens shift allowed me to place the mount off center on the available ceiling I-beam. The mount can also rotate and removing the projector from the mount for maintenance is easy.

Vanguard VM-311C Flip Down Type Television Wall Mount (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)This TV mount has been a solid mount for our TV. We use it under one of our kitchen cabinets to support a 19" LCD. Its great because you can rotate it for better viewing angles. The design of the base is solid and sturdy (to the cabinet). The mount to the TV is solid as well with all of the potential screws you might need for your specific TV. The color black matches well with the TV that you can hardly see the mount. The only flaw I see (which is why I rated it 4 stars), is that if you want to be able to rotate the TV for viewing you have to basically set the height of the TV on the rod but not completely tighten the set screw. If you tighten the set screw then obviously you cannot rotate it. So, I set up the TV at the proper height, set the set screw just tight enough to keep the TV from sliding down but enough to rotate it. Then I just use some long black zippie ties in case it slides to the bottom of the rod. The TV can't slide off the rod but I just use the zippie ties to prevent it from jarring if it bottomed out. Till this day, it has not slipped once. I cannot comment on the rotation function of the mount to hide the TV under the cabinet but the overall design is robust enough to handle a TV small enough to fold under a cabinet.

Easy to assemble and mount...you do need a couple of wrenches so you can tighten the bolts a bit once it's on the wall.
Does what it is intended for and the price was right!

Dayton LCDART303 Articulating High Capacity TV Wall Mount Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this wall mount for my wife's workout room. We installed our 32" LCD TV on it. I chose this product because of the swivel articulation. I mounted it directly in front of my wife's treadmill, but wanted to ability to turn the TV sideways and down, so that she could use her Wii with it, as well. This product works about right with this size TV, but any larger, and I'd have to go with a different mount.
When inspecting this mount, prior to installing, I noticed a few things.
1)The instructions are sufficient for installation, but absolutely lack details about actually using the mount. It isn't rocket science, but it'd be nice to have some general usage suggestions.
2)The mounting holes on the wall plate are just a little too wide, if you're drilling into a single 2x4 stud in the wall. I actually had to drill at a slight angle, just to make sure I was going to hit the stud. So, when I inserted the screws, the screw heads weren't flush with the wall plate.
3)The arm of the mount slides in from the top, which was relatively easy to accomplish. But, the only thing keeping it from sliding all the way through the wall plate is a small set-screw at the bottom. That's it. It's probably sufficient, but they could have included something a little beefier, just for peace of mind.
4)The thumbscrews included for securing the VESA mount to the arm didn't come with any lockwashers. So, you should either add some lockwashers or you have to really crank down on the thumbscrews to keep it tight. And, even cranking down on it won't keep the TV from sagging downwards.
For the price and basic functionality, I give this 3 stars. But, it definitely loses points on these other 4 points.

(More customer reviews)This is a great economy mount. I have used at least 13 of them now. They fit 50, 75, and 100mm vesa mounts, bolt into studs or drywall, and hold up to 33 lbs. They come with all hardware needed for any installation, well packaged. 3 axis adjustment means you do not need to get the base perfectly vertical when you bolt it to the wall. It is a little difficult to set the mount to the base while the monitor is attached, but as I said I have done at least 13 of them now, and I keep on buying them. Noone can beat the price, and the quality is very good.

(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this arm for my iMac G5. I had the same problems as other reviewers, the monitor drooped and I could not adjust the tilt. I figured out that the reason for this is the low quality screws that omnimount provides you with. I went to the hardware store and purchased new, heavy duty screws, which I swapped with the other ones that were included on the arm. Also, make sure that you are using washers with the "pivot shaft screws" so the screws do not come out whenever you tilt the monitor. After doing this, the arm worked. My computer did not droop anymore. Other than the low quality screws, I found the arm to be very good.

(More customer reviews)Great wall mount product at a good price. Its easy to install and manipulates the tv quite well. The only issue I had was the poor quality of the mounting screws. The heads of the large screws snapped off while screwing them into my wall studs. Yes, I predrilled a pilot hole before installing them and the heads snapped off like they were made of really cheap metal. A trip to the hardware store for better hardware solved the problem.

EDIT- 1 month later and I am not as pleased. Still not bad but I have had to losen/straighten speakers out. I would drop down to 4 stars at this point.

(More customer reviews)This product is very strong and very adjustable. It is perfect for my 55", 25 lb. LCD-LED TV. The mount can hold a great deal more weight than my TV. It has enough extension and swivel capability, that I can swivel my TV a full 180 degrees in either direction, which is extremely useful to me. When I'm not using it as a TV, I'm using it as a second monitor for my PC, so swiveling it towards my PC is essential. Plus, the extra extension is great. I keep my entertainment center credenza about 16" away from the wall, so there's ample space for all of the wires, power strips, UPSs, etc. that spill out the back. To accommodate, I pull the TV out from the wall to center it over the credenza, both front and back, and side to side. Truly an excellent TV mount. I am thoroughly impressed.

(More customer reviews)According to the manufacturer's site these are supposed to hold speakers up to 8 pounds. I have the Energy Take Classic speakers that weigh in at 2.9 pounds and they caused these mounts to sag when wall mounted. If I would have been ceiling mounting them it may have supported the weight, but since I needed to wall mount my speakers I returned them. They just didn't meet my needs. I ended up getting the Philips 5-piece Speaker brackets (PN: SQB1131/17) locally and although I had to go to the hardware store for screws, they hold my speakers really well.
